    Assuming you're in the US?

Yes, you're still under the care of your parents. If they move, you're going with 'em. If you're pregnant, there is no child yet.

16 and pregnant, it appears you need more, not less parental supervision.

Only one week since your last thread.... and now you're also pregnant? That doesn't change what you've already been told.

Doesn't matter if you have triplets; if you are under the age of 18, you live where your mother says you live. If she says you're moving, then guess what, you're moving. If that means that your bf doesn't get to be around to see the baby (if there is a baby), then that's just too bad, you shouldn't be making babies at 16 anyway.

I promise you, NO judge is going to tell your mother she (a) can't move or (b) can't make you move with her just because you didn't remember or didn't care to use birth control.

Let's hope that you're proposing this in the hypothetical, "If I get pregnant, can my mom still make me move." Yes. The pregnancy won't change a thing.

    Oh, absolutely.

Miranda, just so it is absolutely clear: If you are under the age of 18 and your mother says you're moving, YOU ARE MOVING. Getting pregnant will not change that - having a baby will not change that - nothing whatsoever that you can do will change that.

Well, maybe if you committed a crime and got thrown in jail or juvie. But that's about the only way I can see you staying put if Mom says you're going somewhere else.

No like if I already have a baby before she wants to move because the child has to see the child so how would that work out?

YOU can still be forced to move. What happens with your child is between you, the father, and the courts. It still is not going to stop your mother from tossing your butt into a car and taking you to another state.
