Yes. In the separation agreement, he is required to pay support for the children according to his income. His children are 16 and 21. The 21 year old is in school and their separation agreement states that he is to pay for 3 years of his graduate education. He is apparently getting his financial information together but now he's coming back with a threat to sue me for my dad's life insurance. He is trying to make this take as long as possible in order to drain our funds. He just does what he wants and threatens my mom whenever she would mention getting a lawyer. Now we have the money but it is being used up fast.

And there hasn't been a support order to this date. Now is finally the time that we have money to hire a lawyer and he is going to use every trick possible to drain that money.
