    Default How to Get a Complete Police Report

    My question involves civil rights in the State of: Texas
    I am trying to subpeona police reports and incedent reports .I went to court for the first time and was able to read the police report well it was not all true what events unfolded. A year later I got copies of police report and was way different fromt the one I read on my first court date .how can I obtain the full discovery and ELSI from this case ?

    If you were criminally charged, you and your lawyer conduct discovery through the courts. See Title I, Chapter 39 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.

    If not, you may seek public information through the Public Information Act, as described here.
