I was told that an extra percentage would be taken from my pay to go toward arrears, but I never recieved any notification of the money being taken from my account. I have a copy of my order from the custody hearing and the parenting plan. Other than that, I should have the paperwork that was sent to me that talked about the additional amount being taken.. Is that what you mean? So I guess the answer is yes to that part..

If I can't get the funds back, I'm not so worried. It's not going to help with rent this month. At least it's going toward what I owe, so I can't complain about that part of it..

It's just a punch in gut when you go to pay your bill and your money isn't there anymore...
