Default Moving Out of My Parent's House with My Son

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Washington

I am 17 right now, will be turning 18 in June. I have a 8 1/2 month old son, and live in the basement part of my parent's house. It is not a good environment for my son or me. I have a place to live that is safe for the both of us. My mom uses that fact that I am not 18 against me all the time. There is verbal abuse and I don't want my son around it. Is there anything I can do to get out of her house now, so my son and I don't have to be around it anymore?

    Yes - get parental permission.

Otherwise, you and your son are staying right where you are until you are 18.

Sweety, June is just around the corner. Be the adult here, ignore the bad stuff and when you turn 18 you can walk away never to return.
