Charged With MIP at a Public Event

My question involves criminal law for the state of: South Carolina

I was at Carolina Cup yesterday and I'm 19. I went to one of the porta-poddys with one of my friends who is a girl and went into the porta-poddy with her for no specific reason at all I just faced the door while she peed and we walked out 30 seconds later. We step out of the porta-poddy and are immediately approached by two or three officers who accuse us of having sex in the porta-poddy and then put us both on this golf cart and take us to the cop tent and write us both tickets for Minor in Possession. Keep in mind, we didn't have drinks in our hands and they never breathalyzed us.

The police also asked her if she would like to press sexual assault charges on me.

Of course you did. Because it's such great fun to cram two people into a tiny porta-loo just for giggles while one is having a pee. I know I certainly appreciate having someone's ass crammed into my face whilst peeing.

You don't actually expect anyone to believe that, do you? Seriously?

Get a lawyer, and DON'T try your "went in with her for no reason at all" on the judge. He might leap off the bench and backhand you for taking him for a fool.

Ok....well, after much heavy pondering on the myriad actual and potential legal ramifications of the incident as described, along with the responses here, I can only come up with one reply.
