Cool Running Away on Foot During Traffic Stop

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Georgia

Suspect stopped in personal vehicle (registered to him) by state patrol for suspended registration. While pulled over, suspect gave false name and birthday to trooper. As trooper returned to patrol vehicle to investigate, suspect flee on foot and gets away.

Suspect's car towed and impounded. later that evening, suspect locates car and attempts to retrieve it... only to find that trooper took all personal belongings (cash, registration papers, wallet) from console.

Lot attendent contacts trooper while suspect is trying to retrieve vehicle. Now, Trooper wants the car owner (suspect who provided false info) to come to state patrol office for "interview" this week.

Suspect has suspended license and vehicle registration.

What are likely charges filed or is there a possiblity for the suspect to get off? Only witness is trooper who pulled suspect over (maybe dash cam)

I thought it was clear. You provided what appears to be a hypothetical situation. We can only assume it is a homework assignment. We don't do homework.

Suspect = "friend of mine". Better? .., All I ask for was advice. I see you're a "senior member" and all, but gee wiz buddy. Either offer some help or don't reply at all. You will have tons of other times to be a funny guy.

Well, actually no, you don't need an answer at all. If this is your friend's issue, it's none of your legal business; you have no standing in the matter and by posting his situation all over the internet, you could be making matters worse for him.

I will say, however, that you're out of your mind if you think he's going to get off with nothing.

They will get him, sooner or later. Why should they waste time chasing him any more than they must. Tell him to hire a lawyer and have bail money ready.
