My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Pennsylvania
So a couple days my friends and I got caught shoplift Claire's a 6 dollar earring. The police came and told us were all getting a citation. So I'm wondering what should I do? And what will happen?

1. Should I plead guilty or not ?
2. Can a relative come instead of parents because my parents said they can't make it that day?
3. Will it be on my record?

For juvenile court? If the court has ordered your parents to attend, that's what the court expects. If your parents need to request an adjournment because "they can't make it that day", they had best contact the court.
