    Default H1 Transfer Issues

    Hi,

I am working with a company X which has my H1B. I have been working with them for about an year. On August 2006 I went to India on vacation and came back by end of September, but, I didn't want to continue with my current employer. I applied for full time position and I got few offers.

    1. Will there be any problem in H1 transfer as I have got latest pay stub dated August 1st?

    2. If yes, What is the best thing I can do at this point?

    3. Can I apply for H1 transfer and still choose to continue with original employer X irrespective of the outcome?

    appreciate ur response.

    thanks
    Balaji Hari

If you are continuing work with your original employer, what's the problem? Return to work and get new pay stubs.
