So if i report it now will i penalized for te past two months ive beenn recieving benefits?
    that is possible.

but if you don't report it now you will be penalized much more when they find out. (not if, it will happen)

by bringing this up yourself you can help show that it was not an intentional fraud on your part.

Is this trust fund completely irrevocable and inaccessible to you? how much is in it? who created it?

I agree. 2 months is a short period of time. It could have been an honest error on your part in the initial application. I do not see that anything major could happen except for a potential requirement you reimburse the state, when you come into your trust. Hint.. It appears you thought the issue of trusts referenced those you are currently eligible for as an asset, not those you have a future equity interest in. After considering the issue, you rethought your position and wanted to make sure your case worker was aware of its existence. Not meant to be a direct slam, but the average IQ of those receiving social services is significantly lower than that of the working populace. Welfare workers are aware of this and make allowances.

If she's not married, that child has no daddy. That means, the only person who needs to be paying expenses for this child is that woman.

And the possibility of having to reimburse all benefits paid plus interest.

You are pregnant...you need to get Baby Daddy involved in paying expenses. It takes two to make a baby.....

You also need to see about getting that trust fund now rather than later.
