Default No Disbursements Made by Trustee in 6 Months

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: California

I'm in the 36 month of a 5 year plan which calls for 25% to unsecured. This amount was paid by the 30th monthly payment & the trustee hasn't made any disbursements in 6 months. Is it possible it will close early? Or, will they keep collection the payment and issue a huge refund after 60 months?

If you are stating that you have paid off your entire payment plan early, and that no distributions are being made because everything is paid off, you can consider moving for an early discharge. Having paid off the plan before the 36 month mark, though, there's a chance that the trustee will ask the court to re-assess your disposable income and see if you should be repaying a greater percentage of your debt.
