Default How to Report My Ex for Welfare Fraud

Welfare fraud regarding cohabitation in the state of: Minnesota

My ex-wife is on every form of government assistance possible. She recently began spending a LOT of time with her new boyfriend. Before you all ask, no, this is NOT a jealousy issue. Her bf maintains his own residence but spends a majority of time in her home (including overnights). Was wondering, given the amount of time he spends there, if this constitutes "living with her". Is there a percentage? She claims "zero" for household income. But if he's there so often, why should American taxpayers be paying for it? So, my real question, I guess, is: If she were turned in for welfare fraud, would it stick?

    nope

I work for the welfare office

if there are no children in common and no marriage there in no legal responsibility so his income would not count on her case.

if he gives her money and she does not report it that would be fraud

Thanks! That's the answer I was looking, but not hoping, for. The last thing I wanted was to waste taxpayer money and your time. She wastes enough taxpayer money for several people, so I don't need to contribute!
