If you moved to Maryland six months ago, and you only have some odds and ends left behind in Delaware, then you are domiciled in Maryland. Unless you live in the P.O. box, that box is not your place of domicile. Beyond that, I'm not going to speculate about your domicile. You know where you live.

Unless your marital home is worth $0, which is unlikely, you list the actual value of your interest the home as your asset. The mortgage is a liability. Read the column headings on Schedule A - they're self-explanatory. If you do not understand instructions and headings that clear, I suggest retaining a lawyer as it's only going to get more difficult.

If you are worried about what action your car lender might take after the automatic stay is lifted, talk to your lender. If you're planning to make all of your payments on time and are four months away from having the car paid off, I doubt that the lender will take any action before payoff.
