Question How to Complain to the Judge About My Probation Officer

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Minnesota

Hi I have a court hearing for a Felony Assault With A Deadly Weapon case and I have already been charged with it and the hearing is just to see if I am following through with all the things that they told me I had to do. But the hearing isn't for months down the road now and I need to know how I can reschedule it for a earlier date? Or schedule a new court hearing with the same judge to see him at a earlier time. The date that it was set was only because they don't need to get me in right away considering like I said its just to see if I am doing what I am suppose to but I feel I need to address the judge with some very important information and my probation officer is not willing to work with me on anything. Literally anything! She is against me mostly because she doesn't agree with the sentence I was gave and the fact that I was charged as a juvenile not a adult and she believes and even said that I should have been charged as a adult. Is there anyway I can reschedule the hearing date for a earlier time or set up my own court date for a earlier time? If so please help me out. Thanks!

Sure! It's your case and you can motion it up at anytime. For your personal knowledge, based on your case and her professional title, you will not be able to win over a court. By the time she is done justifying her position, you'll be hoping that the court won't find a spot under the prison to throw you under.
