My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Florida
I purchased a home in 2005 with a “piggy back” loan. I defaulted on the HELOC (GMAC) $112k in late 2006 whom filed lis Pendens 2007 and canceled 2008. Due to the first mortgage foreclosing. I Just received a collection letter from the new owner of the loan2-20-2013. the credit reporting agency has the negative report scheduled to be removed in July. I'm having a tough time determining the start date of SOL if even an option.

My question is how does SOL play a role in this scenario and what are my liabilities?
