Her mother is not law enforcement, or God for that matter. That does not make what you did right.
Also, he said it's been 3 years since it happened, so she was 12.

The point remains - MOM could be jailed faster than the OP, in all actuality.
She had a specific duty of care. She failed - hugely.
I was 18. I wasn't aware of her age until after the fact. She also looks older than me.
go ahead and explain to the jury how you thought a 12 year old child looked old enough to consent to have sex with you.
while you are doing so keep in mind that EVERY state specifically excludes "mistake" of age as a defense to statutory rape.
you are facing a decade or two or three in prison depending on what state you live in.
so, you had sex with a 13 y/o little girl?
it is not up to the daughter or mother to press charges. The state would do that all on their own, if they chose to.
If I am not mistaken, the state has until the mother of your child is 28 to prosecute the crimes.
What is really neat about this, is mom n daughter are probably committing welfare fraud to protect OP. So they are in even more trouble.
Then for your own sake you'd better start leaving them alone.
ETA: John, that's the first sensible thing I've ever heard you say.
