Default Son's dad refusing to pay in Maine

My sons father is refusing to pay his court ordered 49% of the uninsured medical bills, He claims that he will not pay untill i show proof that i have submitted them to my insurance, but my insurance does no cover the things that he is contesting. And he is the one who is court ordered to have the Insurance not I. Will this put him in contempt of court and if so will i be able to get him to pay my legal fees for having to take him back to court. The court order clearly state that he is to pay the 49% and that he is to carry the insurance and nothing about mine.
    Thanks

If he won't pay, you can seek to enforce his obligation through the court.
