    Default Transferring Workers

I have started new business unit where i need some qualified work force. I'm thinking that it is good to transfer some workers that are already working in my old unit to the new unit. Is there any law regarding transfer of workers along little bit change in there working natures?

You need to consider the terms you have them working under now, in comparison to what you are offering in this other business. Will their pay and benefits improve to motivated them for the extra work or will they feel taken advantage of? What will their loss to the other business mean?
