    Default Obtaining someone's private records

    It is against the law to obtain someone else medical records or there private records from the Domestic Abuse shelter. Or can Private investigator or lawyer can help.

    Default Obtaining Records

    If the records are subject to a privilege, it is very difficult to obtain the records without consent.

    If you wish to try to obtain such records, the usual approach is to subpoena them during the course of litigation, and let the other side object (if they choose) to production.
