My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Indiana
I recently had a very bad falling out with my mother in law. I am not married to my significant otherand paternity has been establishedwith him being the father. Although her and I do not get along, I have never and will never interfere with her seeing her grandchild. She keeps threatening to take me to court for visitation rights even though she is the one who stated she would miss her grandchild because she would not be seeing her due to me, her mother. Does she have any legal grounds to file and possibly win? My second question is if she does by some stretch of the imagination win this case it would be visitation that i am involved in, that is to say she can not have my child by herself for her visitation, correct?
