Default Switching to a new employer with an unexpired TN visa

My visa TN expire on march 2007. I Quit to my employeer (a month ago), and still in US. I have a new employer, who want to solicite a new TN visa. Do you know if is a problem to obtain the new TN???. I already sent the papers to the consulate but in the ds 156 form I put my current address in USA. Is this another problem??? IF yes. Do you know what I can do????

You can change employers while on a TN visa, but your new employer must get the TN approved by the USCIS before you begin your employment.
