    Default Discrepancies on Speeding Ticket

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Oregon.

My son received a speeding ticket for going 70 in a 55. The ticket was a computerized ticket (meaning it was not a hand written ticket). When the officer gave it to my son he (the officer) had printed the ticket with all of my information (as if I was the one receiving the ticket, I was not with him at the time) and then crossed it out and hand wrote my sons info. Under sex he crossed out the F and wrote in W and had written down that my sons car was red (it is gray)and left my middle initial instead of my sons. My question is -- are there enough discrepancies on this ticket to go to court over?

    You sure the W wasn't an "M"?

(When I'm writing, it can look that way).

Either way, typos are rarely a reason for a ticket to be dismissed.
