Indiana Laws for Moving Out at 17

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: indiana

me and my girlfriend have a child together we are now engaged and i intend to move in because of all the problems my family are causing for us and the stress they are adding.. her parents have given the okay for me to move in.. but my parents wont and doing my school there wont be a problem at all.. since i do mine over online... no need to worry about making it to and from... but i dont know what will happen if i just move out and go to live with her and her parents as soon as i turn 17.. well both be 17 in the end of may.. why im trying to figure this out a little bit ahead of time

so if i were to just pack up and move out... what could happen to me and her and her family there.. and also what will the courts and police say/do about this.. were trying to do whats best for our mental health and our daughter to be safe

sorry about the lack of correct grammar and writing.. but its a problem for me when writing on threads to write like this.. its a bad habit i need to break

but if anyone could help me out asap with if i can and what can happen if i do.. i would greatly appreciate it

What could happen is that the police can take you home. Your girlfriend's parents can get in trouble for harboring a runaway. You can only move out with your parents permission.

Until you are 18, and not one minute earlier, you live where your parents say you live. If your parents say you don't move out, then you don't move out. That's it.
