    Default Can You Prosecute Your Ex- for Perjury in Your Divore Case

    My question involves a marriage in the state of: Texas

    During our first pretrial hearing my wife testified that she had not transferred any money out of the account that we used for savings. When she finally divulged all bank statements that were requested, we found that she had transferred $15,000.00. Is it possible to get her on perjury for lieing while under oath and is it worth my time to push for it.

    Let the court deal with her.

    Perjury is rarely prosecuted.
