If a Florida law enforcement officer happens upon you, the warrant from Michigan shows up and law enforcement is required to get confirmation from Michigan about whether or not they'll extradite BEFORE the officers take arrest action against you. That process takes about 15 minutes and you'll just be standing around with the officers waiting for dispatch to send the request and get a response. If Michigan responds that they won't extradite from Florida, and the Florida officers have no charges of their own, you get cut loose. If Michigan DOES want to extradite, Florida officers will arrest you, transport you to the local county jail, and you'll sit there and wait until Michigan sends an officer to bring you back (at least a few days, but could be a couple of weeks, depending on Michigan's schedule and available resources).
