My question involves police conduct in the State of: Pennsylvania

My boyfriend was at work on Wednesday where he drives for catering events. He was then called into the office on Thursday under the report that someone that worked in the kitchen was sideswiped by the van he drives while at work (company van) and that he ran. There is a police investigation on whether or not he did a hit and run. The guy riding along with him told them that there was no way he hit the woman's truck and that he had been with him the entire time. I also picked him up from work and saw the van and there was not even a scratch on it. The next day however, there is a red scratch along the van and the truck has white paint from the van. However, the keys stay in the van at night time so anyone could access it and drive it. The lady working was also still there that night and could have gotten her husband to pick her up. He very easily could have hit the van pulling in. There was nothing on the van when I got there and there is a witness that says it didn't happen. There are also no cameras around there. He has hit something before and immediately went and told his boss so this time wouldn't be different. He is also on probation for DUI back in July for "spice" and this could really mess up his probation. They also fired him today and I don't believe it is fair. Help please????
