Angry Where do you report pending cases and judjments

In a chapter 7 bankruptcy, where do you report pending lawsuits and judgments. Are these reported as creditors?

Yes. You should make sure that notice is given to anybody with a pending lawsuit, along with notice to the court in which the suit is pending, as well as to anybody who may have a potential lawsuit against you.
