Default Can Restriction on Election Donations Be Circumvented

I've tried to work out the position from articles on online, but maybe I missed something. Anyway, if an organization, such a trade union, is restricted to $2,600 as its contribution to a candidate to the House of Representatives (2013.2014), can its senior officers donate that amount each and receive a bonus which, after tax, just happens to recompense them? I assume not, but I can't find where the law says not. Can someone please point me gently to the right place?

That sounds like money laundering to me. That also sounds pretty similar to what happened with Tom Delay, but I think that was state law, not federal.
