    Default Voluntary Community Service Hours

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Connecticut

I was stopped for speeding and chose to complete community service hours instead of paying a fine in order to avoid problems with insurance. I have been having serious health issues and would much rather just pay the fine. I have not completed the community service hours due to my health issues and my court date is very soon. If I arrive with no community service hours and say I want to pay the fine will I run into any problems?

If problems do occur would a medical note help?

    Thanks.

When you elected to perform community service hours in lieu of paying a fine, what did the court admonish you about not completing the requirements?

Point is, nobody here can tell you what the details of your sentence were. Only you and the court know that.

As for a medical note, sure take one with you just in case!
