    Is a deferred sentence considered a conviction after the requirements are completed and it is dismissed?

    A dismissal is not a conviction. However, as you chose not to share your state or any relevant facts, the details may affect whether or not you were convicted - for example, in some states it's possible to have a plea accepted by the court such that you're convicted, but with the conviction not entered if you successfully complete the deferral.
