My question involves a child custody case from the State of: ohio

My fiance has every other weekend with his 6 yr old daughter. Mother is trying to terminate visitation claiming the child doesn't want to come over.
Now the claim is the child states she doesn't like me and doesn't want me around, so the mother doesn't want her around me.

I have done nothing to hard her, and in fact treat her as if she were my own considering I will be marrying her father, and I know what its like to have a step parent. i feed her, i buy her clothes for our house, we do each others make up, she asks me to do her hair, we cook and bake together. She will ask me to read to her or play a game with her. She gets in my lap to sit or lays with me. She talks to me about how she wants a little sister and she once me and her daddy get married she will get one. I even asked her one day how she felt about me and her dad getting married and she told me she was happy and that I would be her step mom.
I dont want to seem pushy in her life, so i dont go to her. If she wants me I let her come to me, because I dont want her to feel as I am taking any ones place or trying to come between her and her father. Like I said I know what it feels like to have that feeling.

Will a judge grant a mothers wish for this kind of request? To keep me out of the picture and away from the child just because she doesn't like me?
