Default Do You Adust Support With a Motion to Modify or Supplemental Petition

My question involves child support in the State of: Florida

Three children; Father pays court ordered child support to Mother. Child 2 now lives with Father. Request to have support modified because of this.

File a Motion or Supplemental Petition?

As a support order is already in effect, the sensible thing to do would be to use Supreme Court Approved Form 12.905(b), Supplemental Petition for Modification of Child Support.
