On my 21st birthday I was given a dui in a town i was visiting. Since then i have moved from arizona to washington. After moving i attended a court date. It has almost been 3 years now, and the arizona dmv says my license is suspended for "implied consent" to the best of my knowledge this means they want an sr-22. Yesterday, i purchased sr-22 insurance and the document should be on the way to AZ. I looke up the court records for my case and the timeline looks like this:
7/14/2005 AW - NON FTPF TR,SR,DR,MR D 1
9/1/2004 OSC HELD D 1
8/12/2004 CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE RECVD D 1
8/3/2004 SENT CERTIFIED MAIL D 1
8/3/2004 CAL: ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE D 1
4/1/2004 JAIL/PRISON D 1
3/31/2004 JAIL/PRISON D 1
3/31/2004 SENTENCING D 1
3/31/2004 FUND: BASE FINE D 1
3/31/2004 FUND: 2002 SURCHARGES (80%) D 1
3/31/2004 FUND: LOCAL COST/FEES D 1
3/31/2004 FUND: 2002 PROBATION SURCHARGE D 1
3/3/2004 FUND: TIME PYMT $20 JCEF D 1
3/3/2004 FUND:TIME PYMT $10 LOCAL D 1
3/3/2004 CAL: SENTENCING D 1
3/2/2004 COMPLAINT FILED-UNIFORM CITATN D 1
3/2/2004 I/A HELD: FELONY/MISD/CR TR D 1
My take on this is that an arrest warrant was issued on 7/14/2005. Is this going to impair my abillity to get my license back? I have no intention of going to arizona ever again. How should i take care of this?
