Default Filing of the Income and Expense Declaration

My question involves court procedures for the state of: CA
I file my original income and expense declaration on January the 10th. The court date has been continued out until April the 9th. The only change to my original income and expense declaration is II no longer have attorney fees because I put them all on my credit card. The income and expense declaration would be used for determining child support so do I need to complete a new 1 or is the 1 from January 10 okay.

You're asking about question 15? You were requesting an attorney fee award before, and are no longer intending to do so?
