Exclamation Demand for Payment of Wages

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Colorado

Yesterday I was fired from my job. It has been 24 hours and I have not received my last pay check. I sent my ex-employer a Demand for Payment Form and was wondering what the process is after the form is received? I was told that the amount of money I'm owned can be multiplied by up to 10 times depending on how long it takes my job to act. Please help!!

When you contacted the state DOL to file a wage claim, what did they say?
