Default Human Rights Commission Complaint Pending Two Years with No Resolution, Why

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Illinois

I filed a complaint against a company in January 2011 with the county commission on human rights for discrimination. I am not sure what is going on with the complaint. Last I heard, January 2013 when I went to their office, is that there is supposed to be some kind of "evidentiary conference." Before we were supposed to have a hearing of some kind. Why is this taking so long? I read that I had the option of filing a court case or something after this complaint is resolved. However, I think the SOL may have run on that now.

If you want to know why the commission is working so slowly, you will have to find out from them. The best guess I can offer, with the complete lack of relevant information in your post, is that they're busy.
