Default What if I Have Video Evidence That Did Not Get Chance to Present in the Court

My question involves traffic court in the State of: CA
What if I have video evidence that did not get chance to present in the court?
I have some video shot a couple of days later from my citation to show there is not sign as the police claimed.
I only presented the google street map in the beginning and was told to shut up and forbidden to talk the rest of time..
This is my first time in court and I feel like be bullied ...is it always like this?

It is when you speak when it is not your turn or you try to introduce things at the wrong time. Law is often not for the amateur.
Unless there was actually some procedural error, you have no recourse. Info on appeals here: http://www.courts.ca.gov/documents/cr141info.pdf

no argument, no shouting, nothing that sort.. I did answer a question before I realize the commissioner had not finished....
Well, I guess it is true a court is not for an untrained person and they tend to keep that way
    Thanks for your answers,
I will just let it go this time

Google Street Maps and images are at times up to 3 years behind. And so if you were trying to prove the existence or lack of a sign, that isn't going to work for you. It takes a lot for a judicial officer to tell someone to "shut up and forbid them from talking the rest of the time". So I'm guessing there was a little more to the story than you simply presenting a Google Street Map and being told to shut up! Then again, there are rules of conduct and rules of evidence that you're expected to know and are bound by and so someone's continued failure to conduct themselves will obviously result in the court shutting you down if it is apparent that you are simply wasting time.

As for your video, again, you made it 2 days later, and while that may be close, it still does not represent the condition at the time you were cited. So it might not have done you much good. The way to obtain proper proof of a sign that is missing or a traffic signal that was out or any adverse road condition that either caused you damage or resulted in a citation, is to contact the public agency responsible for signage and request some sort of letter indicating that on such and such date, such and so sign was missing from so and so location.

    Too late now...
