My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Massachusetts
I was employed for almost five years by a hospital. I voluntarily left for a number of reasons. First, my husband was being transferred. Second, I was told by a large clinic in Florida where I moved to that my résumé looked great and they would find me a position when I got down here. I tried to set up an interview via phone and was told I would have to wait until I was in the state. When I arrived in the state and had the interview I was told there were no positions available. The third reason I left was I had an incident with a doctor I was working with where I made a scheduling error and he called my in my personal cell screaming vulgarities at me. I went to my office manager and was told that it would be handled within the clinic and it may hurt my reputation to go to human resources. If I went to hr that I may not be able to go back to that company in the future if I ever moved back to Massachusetts. I have a copy of the email I sent to my office manager with the events of that day.
