    Question Penalty for Minor Charged in Florida

    My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Florida. How do I prepare for arraignment for reckless driving? My son is 17, has no priors. How should he plea?

    There's really nothing to prepare.

    -Waive reading (Unless you don't know what you're being charged with)
    -Enter a plea of Not Guilty
    -Tell the court you're looking for an attorney.
