What Happens to a Minor in Possession of Less then a Gram of Marijuana

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan
The other day I was busted with less then a gram of marijuana by the police. They wrote me 2 tickets. One for trespassing on school grounds, and the other for possession of marijuana. I was just wondering what the outcome of this will be? This is my first offense, and first time ever being in trouble with the police. Probation? Community service? Or is there anyway I could avoid probation, say perhaps a diversion program of some sort? I am 15 years old, and was expecting to get my license, and a job at the end of the year. Will this charge affect me being able to get a job/license?

The court can fashion a penalty that it believes will help you rehabilitate yourself - which could be anything from benching / deferral through incarceration. Odds are you will be on some form of probation, with drug testing, possibly community service, and the like.
