Thank you. I realized at the end the big companies like Hollywood would win in a trial. I administrated a lot of websites and I know that it is impossible to keep every user under your control you can delete it but they will upload it and you'll delete it ... etc etc.. nevermind I think it is just a risky business, thanks to everyone anyway.


And the DMCA is only in America so I could start it in another Country but I don't think it would work.. The Pirate Bay had the same problem with them.

even if the site complies with the DMCA if the site is primarilly useful and your business model depends on traffic from infringing content, expect to get raided, even if you win your court case your business will be destroyed it will take years to get your gear back from the FBI and you might end up out of money and taking a plea with some jail time because you can't afford to keep fighting.
