    Default Criminal Background Checks

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Georgia

I have been convicted when I was 17 of multiple misdemeanors including Minor in Possessions of Alcohol and a Theft By Shoplifting (stupidly tried to take a 6pk of beer from a store with friends). In Georgia, I was legally considered as an adult. In other states, the age is 18 yrs old to be an adult. I have done background checks on myself from Counterpoint(LexusNexus), Criminal Watchdog, and others and nothing showed up on my reports. They only showed up on my official criminal record from the local sheriffs office.

Fastforward 6 years, I am a college grad looking for a career and I'm debating on if I should declare these on applications since they are not showing up on the checks I have done (besides the sheriffs office). Even though I was 17 yrs old and tried as an adult in Georgia, is this not being considered on national searches since alot of states have the adult age being 18 yrs old? If it is not national, and if I applied to careers in states where the legal adult age is 18 yrs old, would it show up still there? Thank you for any advice. I know honesty is the best policy for these applications, but I do not want to be subject to discrimination if my naive childish infractions wont even show up in states with 18 being the legal age. I appreciate the advice!

Nobody here is going to suggest that you lie on a job application. Nobody here can promise you that prospective employers won't find out about your record.
