My question involves insurance law for the state of: California
I recently went through a staffing agency (company A) and assigned to a temporary position with company B for about a year. My project with company B has now come to an end and I wish to file for unemployment. While looking through the unemployment forms, I noticed that it asks me to list the person who was my "immediate supervisor".
Is my "immediate supervisor" the person who from the staffing agency (company A) initially hired me? Or is my "immediate supervisor" the the person (from company B) that oversaw my work and whom i reported to throughout the duration of my employment?
