Default Can Your Website URL Be Considered False or Misleading Advertising

Hi, I want to make a new website called "Best-Investment-Homes.com" (name slightly changed) but I'm worried that consumers may sue me for making exaggerated claims with the word "Best".

Is it ok to use this name? Should I include disclaimers that "Best" is just a personal opinion? Should I even be worried at all...?

    Thank you much in advance.

Default Re: Worried About Website Name - is It Legal to Use Certain Adjectives

Actually "best" is usually disregarded in advertising. Now if you say "better" you have to show that you're better than something.

    Thank you for responding!

Does this mean I can use this name? Should I add a disclaimer just to be sure?
