Default Marriage Fraud Victim in Maryland

I married a Morrocan woman who filed for divorce a few months after receiving her green card and having our first baby. During the course of the marriage she did not have her bank statements come to the house. We filed the I-751 in October of 2004. She became pregnant in November of 2004. She received her green card (she never told me) in May of 2005 and we had a baby in July. She left 2 weeks after the baby was born claiming that I kicked her out of the house. I sent USCIS several letters and have also gone to a local congressman but no one really helped me. I am still in the divorce process and intend to go to trial. My attorney says that a trial will not help. I am looking for some direction to get justice (if there is such a thing). Anyone have any suggestions?

    Thank you.

What "justice" are you trying to obtain? The divorce court can grant a divorce - it can't and thus won't deport her.

Divorce is not the real issue...She married me in bad faith to circumvent immigration laws. She is now a permanent resident and is "untouchable"

I'm going through the same marriage fraud issues, and it's been emotionally devasting! I am seeking an annulment in Maryland, but I've heard it's very hard to get. I fully agree that there should be better and stronger laws protecting and supporting victims like us.
