My question involves criminal law for the state of:
Does omegle's privacy policy allow them to capture footage of a person? and if so isn't invading your privacy?
Also what would happen to a minor caught "flashing" on this site?

Please hold up the privacy policy to the screen so we can all see it.
Thanks!
You would not want to be caught using Omegle or any similar site to entice minors or to produce child porn. Similarly, if you're a minor and you're choosing to "flash" strangers online, you cannot expect that they're not going to take stills or recordings that could come back to haunt you. You really need that explained to you?
You are in what U.S. state?
courts are not kind to pedophiles, if a particular omeagle stream was identified by the FBI to have a minor performing sexually, it would be entirely possible that warrants would be issued for everyone who was watching that stream, if you saved it to your computer you would then be facing child porn charges.
unless you encouraged said minor to perform sexually, then you would be facing worse charges too.
