Fighting Temporary No Contact Order

Went to court today on the TPO and the judge accepted my lawyer asking to have it continued to a further date due to not having all of the paperwork and new counsel. To be honest I am actually enjoying the TPO being in place due to the ex not being able to contact me. Those TPO's work both ways!

I did win one thing. The judge ordered her to have her things removed from my residence by 5:00 pm tomorrow because she admitted she had vacated the residence and I can return home at 5:00 pm. He also ordered her to return the children to me by 5:00 pm tomorrow and that she was to follow the custody order that was entered into court in November 2012. I will get to see my children again after 18 days of NO contact, if she follows the court order that is.
