    Question I Filled Out a Divorce Petition, Now What Do I Do

    My question involves a marriage in the state of:florida
    i have filled out forms and what the court said i needed
    how do i have my wife fill out necessary forms? we are not on good terms. should i just have her served?
    if i go to courthouse will they help me figure it out?

    Of course you will need to have her served, and your process server will file a return of service with the court. (She could accept the documents and execute an acceptance of service, but if you're not on good terms I don't think that's likely. Do you?)

    If your wife chooses not to answer the complaint for divorce and misses the deadline for answering, you can seek a divorce by default.
