Default How to Speed Up the Naturalization Process

    Hi,
My Uncle who is 75 years old, legally resident in US under US immigration prog since 1975, I believed at that time he had I-94. He had been worked in US for atleast 30 years and retired; however, he did not get his Green Card until last year. 3 years ago he had a heart attacked which caused him physical and mental impairment. He had recovered much use of his left hand, left leg, and shorterm memories; however, 2 years staying nursing home had drained his life saving.

Can he in any way speedup the US Citizenship processes and skip the 5 years mandated for green card holder? I hope with US Citizenship he can qualified for housing assistances for the elderly because he barely getting by with monthly ss benefit but not enough for his medicine.

    Thank you
    Bill
