    Default Pro Se Modify

My question involves a marriage in the state of:AZ

I just got a raise, but also need to modify the payroll taxes taken out. Should be simple and I have done a pro se case before. Am I allowed to contact her attorney directly to work out an agreed order if I decide to do this pro se vs having to file the motion road?

What is it that you are trying to modify?

    Default Re: Pro Se Modify

I have to settle up once a year for child support, in case I get profit sharing/bonus, etc. The tax I get to deduct is 22% but now with the payroll tax going up 2%, it should go to 24%, but I just can't do it without an order. Small thing but adds up to a couple grand a year. I want to get her attorney to modify the child support with the idea being, I got a raise (which she gets anyway), so lets make the monthly amount XYZ, and taxes now go to 24%.
